I have been shopping at bed quarters for nearly 30 years. I purchased 4-5 mattresses and boxsprings in that time. Of course of I don't have to go that often because the mattresses last for years and years. But I have 4 people in my family. Every time I step in the door to Bed Quarters, I am treated like family. I usually deal with Jim. The service is always impeccable, as is the place itself. Clean, inviting, and just an overall great experience. The last time I bought a mattress, I slept on it for 8 months before I realized it was just too firm and was really bothering my back. No Problem to bed Quarters, though. After 8 months, Jim replaced it for me anyway. I just bought another mattress. I will never go anywhere else as long as I am alive and they are in business. Even the delivery guys are outstanding in their professionalism and service. Bed Quarters still has that old fashion business etiquette of great service and treating the customer as if their very existence depends on the people who shop there. It's so rare to find these days with anyone else. I can't say enough great things about this place. Get your mattress there. You won't be sorry!!

They are honest, they back up their words with their actions, and I really can't say enough about their helpfulness with my finding the right mattress for me and their working with me to give me the right deal and proper payment options. Went to bed quarters in Mineola to purchase a sofa bed. They carry beautiful affordable quality furniture, sofa bed and mattresses. Billy and jimmy are so easy to work with Very professional and knowledgeable about their merchandise The delivery men were fantastic. They showed me how to open ,close and to take care of my sofa. We had the most wonderful experience at Bed Quarters!! Not the typical sales experience. The owners are friendly, knowledgeable and no pressure. I felt so comfortable asking questions and then calling with more questions. Billy and Jim are so accommodating and easy going easily helped us find what we were wanting. We had our bed within 24 hrs of ordering and the delivery fellas were wonderful as well - so friendly and polite.We had never been here before and now I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I absolutely 100% highly recommend them!! GREAT service and GREAT experience!!

With all the talk of online mattresses being so popular, I seriously considered one. But so many people in our local Facebook group recommended Bedquarters that I started to rethink buying without trying. Bill made us a private appointment and we checked out many mattresses as he patiently waited..masked and at a social distance. We really had a hard time deciding and Bill told us we had 30 days to try it out..so we did..mattress arrived...like the three bears this one was "too hard"...Bill happily let us try again. This time we got a pillow top and that was " just right"... don't even think of going anywhere else.

I have had several mattresses delivered by Bed Quarters over the past 15 years. Jim and Bill are as professional as they come, always provided me with QUALITY mattresses at terrific prices. Their delivery people are professional, took our old mattresses and box springs away at no cost, and set up our new purchase quickly and impeccably. I have referred them to several relatives who thanked me. This is the only place to go when you need a mattress.

If you want a Boutique Mattress store this is a place to visit. The owners are experts in this field and this is my 2nd Mattress purchase from this store in 12 years. This is one of the best shopping experience I have ever had. I live in Phoenix and my mom is in New York. I didn't know how to go about getting a new bed for my mom so, I called BedQuarters and they took care of me every step of the way. Bill and Jim helped me pick out a bed and my mom absolutely loves it. The service here is great and I would recommend it to anyone. If you're ever in Mineola, NY and you need a new mattress this is the place to go!
