I'm big on customer service and I must say Bed Quarters has me as a satisfied customer. Usually after you order something, the customer service stops. Not with these guys.... The sales mgr, Peter at the Commack store, is very patient (I went back three times before I ordered my mattress and box spring) The delivery process was very smooth and the two delivery guys were very friendly with pleasant attitudes and they set up my bed very efficiently; they didn't seem like they were trying to rush out.. What a concept, huh?? I ordered my bed from the Commack store but prior to delivery, I called the Mineola store and spoke to one of the owners who addressed my questions very patiently, and then I stopped in to the Mineola store one day and met the other owner who was also very friendly and helpful. Need a new mattress? Avoid the larger retail stores and come check out Bed Quarters which is family run by two brothers, Bill and Jim. These guys are passionate about what they sell, and will keep your decision-making process simple. First and foremost, they only sell reputable brands (Sealy's, Stearn & Foster, King Koil, Tempurpedic, etc.) at fairly competitive prices, so that you won't leave feeling like you purchased a cheap, low-quality mattress that will only last a couple years. They will educate you on the different types of mattresses, have you lay down on different levels of firmness, and educate you on the materials (coils, cushioning, memory foam, build quality, etc.). I'm very analytical when it comes to purchasing things, and they made my decision so easy, that it only took me a day to think about which one I wanted. For me, that's unheard of!!
